Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the item. Some custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will process and pack your items, then dispatch them for delivery. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view and download your receipt in the "My Account" section under Orders. A copy is also emailed to you after the purchase.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
During checkout, select the "Add Gift Receipt" option and include a personalized message. Prices will be hidden on the gift invoice.
How long do I have to return an order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please refer to our return policy for full details.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, we only ship within the country of purchase. International shipping is not supported at this time.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, log in to your account, go to Orders, and select Return Request. Follow the instructions or contact our support team for help.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, we strive for accuracy. Product images are professionally shot to reflect the actual item. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Popular items are often restocked. If something is out of stock, click “Notify Me” on the product page to get an update when it’s available again.
